- After installing Windows sharepoint services for VS 2005, I created a web part but then went I attempt to view the Sharepoint solution properties tab in project properties it causes Visual studio to crash.
The following error is displayed.
"Microsoft Visual Studio has encountered a problem and needs to close"
The further error message displayed in the Event log is as follows;

The start address <sts3://ebs-sharepoint/contentdbid={d901caff-7863-40aa-8460-c3ef9132cb89}> cannot be crawled.
Context: Application 'Search index file on the search server', Catalog 'Search'
Details: Access is denied. Check that the Default Content Access Account has access to this content, or add a crawl rule to crawl this content.

Has anyone tried to use a BDC list as an infopath source (defined in a UDCX as a sharepoint list or view type). Inforpath can be sourced from a regular sharepoint list by passing the list guid. Can you use a BDC in the same manner using a different guid (if one exists) property of the BDC list

- I have one application under which I have three different sites. I would like to set security so only certain people can see certain sites . I am sure this is probably simple, but I must have a huge brain cramp. Right now everyone can see everyone. I have created groups, created users but no where can I see where to allow UserA only to SiteA and userB to SIteB. There has got to be a way!! Thanks
