- I installed Visual Studio 2005 Pro with no problems. I tried to start a Visual Basic Project, as the documentation said, "To create a project for your program, from the Windows Start menu, choose Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition." However, there is NO Microsoft Visual Basic in the program list in ANY Microsoft section. None of the other compilers either (like C++, C#, J#).

- In converting existing applications to VS2005 we have encountered this problem. I created a small test application to reproduce what we see in our ASP.NET code. The C# test application first creates an Object using 'Activator.GetObject' specifying a well known port and URI for the C# Object. The C# code then attempts to call a method on that object and the application hangs. When I break into the

The ConnectionString is a setting in the My Project designer which writes the app.config file.

Is there a way to get this information without digging into every changeset

- The Quality indicators report gives you the option to choose a build type, but it doesn't seem to change anything. I would think that choosing a specific build would change the list of available builds to only include those of that type. In my case they do not. I have a development build and a production build off of two different branches and this report includes everything unless I manually go i
