Without both to compare it is really impossible to say too confidently, but there are a couple of really large looking table scans (Clustered Index Scan = ordered table scan) followed by a hash match join. This kind of operation can be greatly affected by hardware performance/contention, as the hash match executes faster with more ram.     - "The specified procedure could not found" error with SQL reporting services Hi, I have a Microsoft CRM 3.0 setup where the CRM application and the SQL reporting services are all hosted on one website under IIS 6.0. The SQL server is on another server, with Kerberos delegation setup and working. By default the CRM services and Reporting services use "IWA" authentication in IIS. I am trying to integrate the CRM with a third party SSO provider. They have an ISAPI filter which sits on the top "Web Sites" level and authenticates users against an LDAP store. For this, the directory security has to be set to "Anonymous Access". Also, this third party provider comes with an ISAPI extension which enables me to use Windows impersonation to run applications as domain users. This extension is setup as a wildcard extension of course. After setting all this up, everything works in the CRM application as desired, but when I access the repors, I get an error: Client found response content type of 'text/html', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with the error message: -- <html><head><title>Error</title></head><body>The specified procedure could not be found. </body></html> --. Note that, for the "ReportServer" application virtual folder, I had to setup the wildcard extensions so that the third party extension is on topn of the aspnet_isapi.dll extension. I have a hunch that this preference is somehow messing things up. This is because when I put the aspnet_isapi.dll on the top, I do not get the above error, but the impersonation does not work and I get the following: "Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.AccessDeniedException: The permissions granted to user <machine_name>\IUSR_<machine_name> are insufficient for performing this operation. at Microsoft.ReportingServices.Library.ResourceCatalogItem.ThrowIfNoAccess(ResourceOperation operation) at ... ... ..." The FULL NAME column is in the order of LastName FirstName. But it seems that my solution was not working since if the last name is less than 7 characters then it should only grab upto the SPACE and not beyond that , but it was grabbing beyond the SPACE so how do you fix that That is I want atmost 7 characters from LAST NAME but incase of less than 7 then upto the space found. Which table should I set as the "Time" table while setting up the cube, I used the date one. I'm not sure if i'm going to end up with any problems down the road with that. Unrelated question, in my cube when i try to go to the browser table I get an error message that says either my user account doesn't have access or it doesn't exist. I'm trying to connect an instance (sql2005 standard edition) with the Database Engine Tuning Advisor (DETA), but it always fails.
I get this message:
"Failed to open a new connection.Failed to initialize MSDB database for tuning
(exit code: -1073741819).(DTAClient)"

The msdb database is exist on this server. What can i do

I compared the msdb database to an another db (where this feature is works) and I found some missing objects:
DTA% tables(22) and sp_DTA% store procedures(63)

I don't remember any option where I can set this objects (exist or not) and I didn't see any error when I installed this server.

This is most likely a security issue. The login account you are using from the tuning advisor doesn't have sufficient privileges to MSDB. The account you use for database tuning should have read/write access to msdb, because the DTA stores session information there (see BOL topic Considerations for Using Database Engine Tuning Advisor).
